These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and Go Speedy Go AutoTech (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) governing your access to and use of our website, applications, and automobile services platform (“Platform”). By using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Contractual Relationship

The Platform enables users to book doorstep automobile repair, maintenance, towing, inspection, battery, tyre and related car services through verified third-party workshops and technicians. The Company itself does not provide physical repair services but acts as a technology facilitator.

2. Definitions

  • Services: Automobile repair, maintenance, inspection, towing, and related offerings listed on the Platform.
  • User Content: Reviews, ratings, images, feedback, and data submitted by you.
  • Estimated Cost: Approximate quotation shown before booking.
  • Membership Plans: Subscription offers introduced by the Company from time to time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian laws to use our Services.

4. Use of Platform

You agree to provide accurate information while booking services and to use the Platform only for genuine service requirements. Misuse, false bookings, or fraudulent activities may lead to suspension.

5. Services & Responsibilities

Services are delivered by independent third-party garages/technicians. Time and cost estimates are indicative. The Company will make reasonable efforts to connect you with the nearest service partner.

6. Payments & Charges

Payments are processed via third-party payment gateways. All charges include applicable taxes. Charges once paid are non-refundable except under grievance redressal review.

7. Cancellation & Refund

Once a booking is confirmed, cancellation/refund is not allowed unless the service was not delivered or qualifies under our grievance policy.

8. Prohibited Usage

  • Submitting false information
  • Attempting to hack or disrupt the Platform
  • Posting defamatory or abusive content
  • Automated scraping, bots, or misuse

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, design, and materials are owned by the Company and may not be reused without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Platform and Services are provided “as is”. The Company is not liable for indirect damages, delays, or issues caused by third-party service providers.

11. User Data & Privacy

Your data is handled as per our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to such usage.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute shall be subject to arbitration under Indian law. Jurisdiction: Courts of Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

13. Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms without prior notice.
