This Chargeback & Refund Policy governs payments made for services booked on the Go Speedy Go AutoTech platform, including our website and mobile interfaces. By booking a service and making payment, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Service Booking & Payment Confirmation

When you confirm a booking and complete payment, the slot, workshop resources, and service personnel are reserved exclusively for you. This commitment begins immediately after payment confirmation.

2. No Cancellation After Service Acceptance

Once a booking is accepted and the service process has begun (including vehicle pickup, inspection, or workshop allocation), the order cannot be cancelled. Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, delay due to customer unavailability, or refusal after service initiation.

3. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment made for the same booking
  • Payment deducted but booking not confirmed due to technical error
  • Service could not be delivered due to unavailability from our side
  • Verified service quality issue raised within 24 hours of delivery

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method. The timeline may vary depending on banking partners and payment gateways.

5. Chargeback Requests

If a customer initiates a chargeback through their bank or card issuer without first contacting our support team, it will be treated as a payment dispute. We reserve the right to submit service proof, booking logs, and communication records to the bank to contest illegitimate chargebacks.

6. Misuse of Chargeback Facility

Fraudulent chargebacks after successful service delivery will be considered a violation of our terms. We reserve the right to recover dues, suspend accounts, and initiate legal action if required.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Customer not available at pickup time
  • Incorrect vehicle details provided by customer
  • Service delay due to customer approval pending
  • Change of mind after service booking
  • Refusal to accept vehicle after service completion

8. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute related to refund or chargeback shall be addressed by our support team. Customers are required to email the issue with booking ID and payment proof for faster resolution.
