Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Kolkata metropolitan area for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, managing recruitment processes, employee relations, compliance with labor laws, and developing HR policies and procedures. The role includes conducting performance reviews, managing employee benefits programs, and organizing training and development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in human resources management, recruitment, and employee relations
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance
• Skills in developing HR policies, performance management, and employee benefits administration
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM or PHR) is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
